How to use these tools

Throughout the development process, your team will need development plans, agreements in place, market studies, and requests for bids. This tool is meant to provide a few examples to explore.

Please double check with your state’s requirements, your tribal code, and in some cases your legal team before finalizing any agreements. The examples provided are meant to be a starting place. The Native Developers Guide team will also work on updating these documents with more Native and tribal example projects, and with additional documents as requests are made.
